The Third & The Seventh

I had to look up this video after hearing about it on NPR. I'm particularly captivated by the first minute and a half. This is a full-CG animated short. Find out more at http://www.thirdseventh.com/. Watch it on full screen, friends.

"Give me your heart," He said.

"Oh, but it's mine!" She knew He would take much better care of her than she ever could. Still, she hesitated.

She had seen His hands at work: His hands mold and shape her from a narrow-minded, selfish child to a daughter of compassion; His reliable, authoritative palm provide for her family to travel across the Pacific numerous times despite the balance in their bank account; His mighty, protective arm stop the SUV from tumbling down a steep hill, and her family kept alive. He was always there.

She knew it made sense for Him to keep her heart. The closer she drew to Him the more she saw His splendor. He knew her before she knew herself, even before her parents met. He told her He had majestic plans for her life and she craved for it. Oh, if she would only give Him her heart.
